For our latest feature film production, we have successfully raised the majority of the AUD$1.5 million production budget, our last hurdle is to obtain a production loan to service The Producer’s Tax Offset Rebate.

WHAT WE SEEK:

What we seek is a savvy investor to provide a secured loan to underwrite the producers offset.

As a form of security for the Offset Loan sought, we are in the process of obtaining a Commonwealth Government PRODUCER’S OFFSET PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE, which confirms that the production will qualify for the Producer’s

Offset Rebate once the film is finished and delivered.

We anticipate that the Offset cashflow loan will be around AUD$500K, plus interest, for a loan term of around 12 to 18 months. The producers are seeking a competitive interest rate between 5-6% p.a. subject to negotiation.
